Hi, i just bought another Red Viper ( my second one ) so i would like to change color because i don't want to get two Viper of the same color.

Does someone have picture of a Yellow Viper with Cognac Interior because i would like to see what it look like ?

Or picture of a Gen II Viper with the New Gen IV green ?

And does someone have also picture of a Red Viper with yellow stripes ?

Thanks A Lot

Hmmm. Was not aware of a change of seatbelts from US to Canada.

CAn anyone shed more light on that?

Stretch and Andy. What are your build dates? If I was to take a guess, I would say that Stretch would be earlier than Andy's by a few months.

Or maybe Canada did just get different seatbelts? :dunno:

It's hard to see it, but my seat belts come out of the door. Andy's come out the center like the Gen 2's.

Yep Gen I Canadian thing. The US models were forced to have "passive" restraints. To skirt the rules they put the belt in the door and you are supposed to leave them buckled all the time. When you open the door you can get in and out without unbuckling the belts. Of course no one does this, but it beats the old mouse track seatbelts that were in the ford escorts. I think they have daytime running lights and KM/H and Celsius readings on the temp gauge. Pretty sure Tom's car is one of them.

I dont get it....

You bought 2nd red Viper only to paint it yellow? Why did you not buy a yellow Viper?

Only because i found another red one ( a 2000 ) for a very good price ( with very very low mileage ). The only problem is the horrible cognac interior ... and the fact that i have 2 red Viper now ... i should sell my 1993 but cannot decide myself ... So i try to make my 2000 look different of my 1993. But not easy to find a cool colour change that match a cognac interior ... ( except for black ). Yellow don't look good with cognac interior at all. And i'm not sure about SSG neither. I would like to see if yellow stripes on red Viper could be cool but Hulk Hogan's car prove that it's not cool at all ... ( but not as ugly as a purple Viper with green stripes !!! ) So i will probably leave it red ( or find a way to swap the cognac interior for a mint black one )
