2013 SRT Viper pricing? (ALLPAR)
Left over 2011 ZR1's were going for $106k as of Dec. The sticker on the car was $124k. So they are not flying off the shelves. I almost bought one but passed.- bdherh

Made the change
After months of wavering which way to go, I decided to sell the VVO coupe and buy a Lambo LP560-4. It was my original choice then I bounced around from there and finally decided to try something totally new (all wheel drive/mid-engine). I didnt say I was buying it for luggage space. But I will say if I want to take a 3 day road trip with my wife, I dont want to have to buy my clothes/etc when I get there. Like I said, it was a leftover that was sitting for about 5 months. If you remember gas prices were through the roof the previous summer and killed the Viper market. I agree with Andrew. I paid $68k for my 08 coupe (the week before the bankrupcy) which was a leftover. I have a buyer for it now for $65. Not bad for having it almost 3 years.- bdherh

The GT3 RS is really a coin toss between that and the ZR1. Besides the lighter weight and 20 more HP and better looks, is the RS worth the extra 20k? I really like the looks of them- bdherh

That is what I wish I could do. But if the FGT, then Viper is gone. That was my original thought but I cant afford a $170k FGT and a $65k Viper. If I bought the ZR1, I could have both. Nice problem to have but as good as the FGT, still not sure it is what a Viper + ZR1 is.- bdherh

I've been on the fence on buying another exotic to go with my 08 coupe for about 6 months. I've bounced back and forth between a Gallardo (09-10), F430, R8 or FGT. Check Engine light stays on after dead battery
It says in the owners manual that it can illuminate if you had a dead battery, which I did. But it does not say now to make it go off.- bdherh

Certificates for 2012
Has there been any discussion about having the certificate program like they did when the Gen 3s were released? Those that bought a new viper had first shot at ordering the Gen 3 first. It may be premature but maybe something that should be suggested.- bdherh

Shopping Experience
Well, thats really an issue. The one I want is the LP560-4, spyder. The problem is, if I go that route (2009-2010), I wont be able to keep my Viper. I've done some more research and on Manheim, they are bringing about $199k at auction. A 2007 spyder is around $140k. That is a pretty bad...- bdherh
