Alright, here is a 4K vid I shot today after cleaning the car getting it ready for sale. It is night and day compared to my last sale attempt when the car was in "garage camping / barn find" mode.
Makes a huge difference. Enjoy. Again this bad boy is for sale on ebay, I got some nice pics...
I have some pretty good pictures on my 1995 for sale Ad - ~45,000 miles. I would say that is the typical state of car that age, I plan to drop the price to around $34K this weekend. I have higher mileage but the car is solid and enjoyed a nice life. I would be more wary of Gen1s with...
Like all Gen I Vipers, the exhaust gets hot, over time all sills need touch ups. Mine is no exception. I was planning to do headers and some fat pipes to help it breathe cooler. In the spirit of disclosure here is the blistering that typically occurs.
I also considered doing a mould...
Ok so here it is, it is FOR SALE - $38,000 USD This is a clean Canadian Viper with no issues besides the standard maintenance and stewardship that comes with owning this coveted car. As mentioned I also have the extra Rims and brand new rubber. I have drove the car maybe 10 times in...
Hi All, the day we thought would never come.... :)
I have a clean Canadian Viper that has been running strong for the last 10 years I have owned it. It has about 48,000 miles. (I will update this posting with the exact number once I put the battery in).
The car can be seen in its best...
OK Done deal, just ordered two JL Audio 6.5 in subs!
So I got the stereo completed for the doors last night about 1:30 am, went to fire up the car , and it wouldn't start!!!
I had moved the fuel pump relay wiring to fit my 4 gauge amp wires through the trunk grommet and forgot to reconnect...
Hi , my stereo sounds like garbage, so I am changing it.
I have been trying to figure out whether the Viper (mine 1995 RT/10) really has stock subs or if they are wannabe subs and are actually mid bass.
I changed the right door speakers last night to a two way setup using the JL Audio...
Good stuff, I now have a few methods to try, thanks for the help. I'll add to my signature ... the car is a Gen I , 1995 RT/10,
thx again, I will report back my findings, if I manage to burn all my eyebrows/eyelashes off I will also post a picture for everyone to have a cheap laugh. :)

Thanks Indy , I will try your method this weekend and report back... I have the battery out and cleaning up some new speaker wiring/ amp install...
daveg, the car idles perfectly, my goal is to understand the mechanics of this problem as well.
1. Red Light Approaches, must slow down...
OK so I plan to chase down this year an annoying problem. I lived with it the last two viper seasons but now I want it solved
In order to explain the problem there is a story...
2 years ago I had cooling /manifold gasket leak, this motivated me to get new gaskets installed at the local...
OK So the verdict is the battery is pooched. Thanks for the advice, I will seek out a float charger for this next winter season. Or take the battery out.
I think the battery froze and I may have tried to charge it too early... here are some pics of battery ...
