Oh yeah when I first test drove my rt10 it felt slow too. Mine was original plugs and wires and the gaps were way off on some. Swapped those out what a difference that made.
The only difference between a US and Canadian Viper is gauges and the DRL (daytime running lights) module. Mine did the opposite US to Canada and it had to get the DRL module installed.

I've been using this NOCO GeniousPRO since 2016. No issues so far on a Mustang, S2000 and now Viper. My battery on this Viper seems like its got a drain from somewhere. I'm assuming its from the Alpine deck someone did a **** poor job installing. Next years problems...
