A large Vette meet was going on in my town when a couple in their Corvette stopped at my home asking for directions. The lady looked at Gen 2 on the lift and asked if it was a Lambo! I guess she was the accessory cupholder !:D
I had the same failure happen to me. I used a grinder and made a recessed ring around the metal collar. The puller has a smaller radius that fit into this; it came off as it should have.
I was walking around my local Wally World and came across this plastic Snake. Hope its not a repost, but it caught me by surprise. I immediately started thinking about how many batteries one could stuff in there to make a proper burnout:D . I guess that's one way to make Vipers green...
Thanks for the insight folks! (Especially on turkey day). I drove the car around today with full heat on in different modes. Only a slight amount of visible steam came up, and then all was good. I'll be checking the foam seal around the piping next.Have a good weekend!

Is there a way to check for corrosion just by looking at the fluid or by having the radiator tested?
I seemed to get a few nicks in my door from rocks that would have been deflected by the front of the side sill. It probably depends on the roads you drive on as to whether it will be harmful or not.
Update: The same cylinder came back with all seals relaced. It makes a loud vibration but it seems to be lessening over time. They say there is a seal softener that can speed up the breaking in process, but why rock the boat. There is trace moisture and drop formation, but no full drips yet...
