That would be the easy way to check , just unplug both and see what codes come up. I have had a few bosch sensors fail the heating cycle and i like NTK sensors myself, but since the codes came on togther my 1st place to check would be the wiring harness to the sensors
If both of those codes came on at the same time i would suspect a wiring harness issue going to the front oxygen sensors. If you are clearing the codes, you will get the faults after 30-60 miles until the problem is fixed.

Press off old pulley, press on new pulley. There is no reason to change pump. Install new bracket. If you have the remover/install puller kit it will take you about an hour. I would not recommend running without a p/s belt

45 degrees or colder right at the vent. Its very hard to check without pressure gauges, but the suction line (larger line) at the compressor should be ice cold when engine running and a/c on. Auto part stores sell 134a freon kits that just plug into the suction line port and have a gauge on them...
