Hello again Viper fans I'm back in the Offense position after a few weeks of playing Defense against the state of Houston and John Hennessey for trespassing and terroristic threat. My charges were dismissed due to either a waste of time
for the D.A. or the overflow of negative feedback on John Hennessey such as VCA posts, Auto Week articals, and the smell of
BULLSH*T when you drive down Brittmore Road. Anyway I'm not going
to drag this out I'll just get staight to the point. Since I'm
still out my $30,000 from Johnny plus my lawyer fees and with the
line of people owed $$$$ out the door and around the building I'm going to assume that I'll never recover the losses. The only smart thing I did throughout this whole mess was not send my car to Houston, therefor after not not getting anywhere with Hennessey I found somebody else to do the job and now it's almost
ready for action. Now to the good stuff, I challenge John Hennessey to a RACE, my Viper against whatever Viper parts he has left in his garage for any amount of money "CASH" or whatever he can scrape together. This is your last chance to prove that you have male genetialia so if your interested in backing all that hipe you know how to get in touch with me.

CONGRATS on getting the charges dismissed...I have never been thru anything like this, but I can't imagine I could keep my cool like you, given that this guy by all accounts is less than pond ****...

I wouldn't waste my time entertaining the man.. I would however get a judgement so you can recover part of your investment once the liquidation is complete.. Pennies on the dollar is better than nothing at all..

I don't really understand your reasoning. You are out 30,000+ and you challenge him to a race. I wouldn't want to be in the same room as him much less the same track. And think about it, it's a race, anyone can win. Is this about his bal*s, or is it about recovering your money. My opinion is, don't play silly games with him, take legal action!

What most observers don't seem to understand is that the
MAJORITY of Hennessey victims HAVE INITIATED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HMS, and I'm sure many have judgements issued. The straight-up facts, that those involved understand and others do
not, is Hennessey is legally broke. Sure he has loot stashed,
but I doubt any judgement can touch it. I'm sure at least a few
of his victims could put together a car that could embarrass JPH.
John's cars are nothing more than- what a pile of crooked money has bought him. And the way he has run his business, he probably paid too much for whatever he got. Someone else could do the same for a lot less. If John would agree to set aside the top 5 judgements against him - to be kept by a third party until after a race, I'll bet someone out there will put up a car.

Those are great numbers. Congratulations, it's a beautiful car too. No Mercy, How did you get 9.95 with 681/741. I've seen posts of folks with bigger hp/tq numbers not getting anywhere near that et.

Hey phil,

Those are not unusual times for a Z06 with that power - especially with SW driving. Their power to weight is better. You would need about 725 or more at the wheels to match those times with a Viper.

It's kinda funny: The first time I ever heard of a Modified Viper, it was a Hennessy in one of the Magazines. Too bad the guy turned out to be such a dirtbag. Kinda puts a "black eye" on all Aftermarket tuners.

I can tell you this. If you wish me ill well just because I have a 650R, I am on the defensive. In addition - to link me with the devil is a bit strange.. I mean honestly, My car kicks *** . Do I credit HMS? Yes. Am I wrong to share my positive experience? I feel bad for the folks that were not satisfied with their experience. But for anyone to hope that I get buglarized, or say that I have no scruples - just makes no sense. We are a community of Viper owners. I certainly wish no harm to anyone on the board - let alone because of what tuner they used.
