If you turn the fan on to full you will feel the air come out.
I've even been told from a sales guy it was the woofer baffel
hole...

Called the "CROTCH BLOWER", both driver and passenger have one.
Airflow an also be re-directed (as to footwell) by inserting a pipe elbow or even a louvred directional A/C vent.

On my 97 the hole on the drivers side leads to nothing.Its not connected to the A/C at all.Ive never looked at the passenger side but Ill run out and check it now.I looked at SOCRATES car when it was here and his vent went nowhere either.Hmmmm.

hmm...crotch cold air blower? maybe that would explain why we have vipers because when we drive them...our ego's inflate while the other part deflates because of cold air.
