I have the side-pipe set up with the oval cats and Borla racing muffler. I have had them on for 3 months or about 2000 miles. No probs. The car sounds really good too.

Balengers, Dynamax bullets and Sean's oval cats on a 94. No operating problems. The sound is about as good as it gets. The install is a custom job due to the Balengers/Sean's cats and requires a lot of welding. The size of the oval cats requires a precision fit in the sill, otherwise, the cat will rest against either the frame or the sill. A side benefit is that the sill temperature is dramatically reduced - it runs so cool you can keep your hand on it after a hard run on a summer day.

I have Sean's oval high flow cats on my '01 GTS -- 2,000 miles since the install - no problems and you can not beat Sean's service! - john

I HAVE USED BOTH OVAL 3" AND THE SMALLER 21/2 ".
BOTH CATS HAVE PERFORMED GREAT AND ALSO SOUND GOOD. ANOTHER PLUS IS COOLER SIDE SILL COVERS. SEAN IS A GREAT GUY TO DEAL WITH AND BACKS HIS PRODUCTS. HE WILL TAKE THE TIME TO HELP YOU OUT AND SELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
