I drove home from an early March Viper Days - over the Mt Shasta pass in a snowstorm. It was in the high twenties and snowing like ****. I didn't much like it but the car actually did fine. I just chugged along in 4th gear and don't think I ever slipped a wheel, although I was very careful not to get into a situation where I had to stop, as there was no way I would have got going again. I was probably more nervous in the snowstorm then I was on the track.

FRANK: you absolutely cannot drive your Viper in the snow.
Nancy and I will come get your car and drive if for you.
No need for you to do it yourself.
We promise to bring it back in the spring -- we'll even leave the snow tires on the front wheels so you can 'peel out' from the stop lights.
