650 HP and tangerine pearl {orange}. Saw one in front of Gaylord in Dallas. Had logo like Cigarette Boats have. It was awesome!

My graphite always gets good comments. It should be an easy color to add to the SRT-10.

That Lambo yellow metallic is also fantastic.

I have owned 8 Vipers and 8 Prowlers, and had this very discussion with the plant manager during a visit last spring......we need colors !!! bright colors, not colors out ot the Buick catalogue......

*yellow/blk trim
*orange orange, Chevy Hugger Orange, not the root beer colored kind
*Inferno(candy) red/tan top/tan int....
*electric blue/blk trim
*lime green/blk trim...surprised me when I saw a computer rendering of it...it is really sharp...
*Pewter/tan/tan(Vettes from 99 to 2001)classy.....
*hunter green/tan/tan
*steel blue/blk trim
*pearl white/tan/tan

stripes(several colors) should be an option also....totally changes the looks of the cars

I would produce a rainbow of colors in lots of 100 or 200 cars, what ever your minimum is with your paint supplier.....100 yelo, 100 orange, 200 inferno red etc etc etc...keep red and black as colors always offered, but make the others one time colors and just keep changing and changing.....

my last 4 new Vette(2000,2001,2003,2004) purchases have been 2 Yelo convertables and 2 Mag red/tan/tan convertables, similar to the Inferno red Chrysler offers....I have already had 2 SRT Vipers and probably won't buy another till the coupe arrives or there is a color I like thats not red/black/silver....I like yelo, but didn't care for the black letters/wheels etc etc on the VCA SRT....I would have looked better to me if it had just been yelo, without all the extra stuff on it....

If I had my choice and could special order a Viper SRT the way I wanted it....
it would be...

Hugger Orange/blk/blk
Inferno Red/tan/tan
Pewter/tan/tan

ps....I am 53 years old/male

Variety is the spice of life.

How about some throw back colors? The Hemi is selling cars, why not bring back some of the wild colors from the same era. Another shade gray is NOT what we need.

How about adding a color to a different area... THE ENGINE  !
Seriously, let's make the block orange and the valve covers black like the traditional Hemi's in the older muscle cars of days gone by.
Then make several special color packages with the engine in these colors and the body in yellow/black trim like the Charger Bumble Bees :D

What Cody said. Bring back some of the wild/loud colors from the late 60's early 70's.....

Those colors were too wild, who wants a "Panther Pink" Viper!

Orange - metallic.
Yellow - metallic - like the Lambo color.
Medium Teal Blue - like the Ferrari that someone posted here.

All metallic. And they'd all look fine with the black top/interior.

Janni- Take a look at the ?2004? Lamborghini Murcielago Anniversary Edition. It is a teal/green color with all carbon fiber accents. Now THATS a color I would like to see on the SRT-10!

I have a Candy Red prowler,(maroon) not that color but a TRUE Candy Apple Red. Also "Jaguars" Formula 1 Car color, Jaguar Racing Green. A Blue different from the current blue on the older Vipers. High Voltage Blue? Grey, black,White are all boring to me. Bright Gold might look nice.

We need DC's help with a good looking coupe! More colors are not needed in my opinion, not before a coupe anyway.

I am viperless for the first time in 6 years and won't be buying another one untill there is a coupe - possibly?

I do like the SRT/10, don't get me wrong, but I am looking for a performance car that is trackable, and I prefer the more aggessive look of the Viper Coupe.

Just my .02 worth,

WOW ! Fiona (Viper Princess) has made just FIVE posts in years? SHE ROCKS THE FACTS to DODGE, so SPEAK UP! Thanks for Askin', Fiona.

All the PROWLER colors: Purple, Mandarin Orange, Candy Red, Tuxedo Blue, BRIGHT Metallic Silver

--BLACK + SILVER 2-tone as in 1978 Corvette Indy Pace Car.

--Electric BLUE as 1996 GTS, or as the Ferrari 'teal' Blue

--YELLOW: Crisp Ferrari FLY yellow. (not Race Yellow banana-greeny undertone)

--WHITE, w/ Black hood bulge and black or charcoal metallic styling ques. The white/blue 96 RT, the W/B GT-2, and the White Mambas are C L A S S Y !!!

--STRIPES are a design-critical option in my opinion. I think I prefer graduated-width Concept-Coupe stripes to equal-width skunk-stripes

---If the body styling is undertstated (vis-a-vis Gen2 / Gen3) then be sure that color / trim /styling elements highlight any significant styled/curved areas to make them POP. High metallics / pearls. Make the Viper look HOT-HOT vs. understated.

---Deeper-Dish wheels vs. full-offset wheels, where the face hits the curb! Viper Wheel designs have been **-hum since 1989, (possible exception 96-7-8)
