Help Finding a Certified SRT10 Tech near Encinitas CA / San Diego

Hello all fellow Viper Owners! I am a new proud owner of a new 2005 SRT10 "Black on Black". I bought the car over X-MASS (Nice gift to myself)vacation in NJ and had it shipped (covered) to my home in Encinitas CA.

I am looking for help with some information:
1. I need to know the maintenance for the car! First oil change the basics!(Dealership never followed up with me and provided any help)
2. Need to know of a Certified SRT10 Tech close to Encinitas (North county San Diego near Del Mar)
3. Info on getting together with club members for gettogethers in San Diego.
4. Best detailing products for the car!

After living in Del Mar for sometime and knowing the area better there than here(Indy) I always took my Viper to Jack Powell Chrysler-Dodge Inc 1625 Auto Park Way S, Escondido, 92029 - (760) 745-2880, talk to Mike the service writer. Hope this helps and enjoy your ride down Del Dios.

Welcome to San Diego.
Go to socalvipers.org to hook up with the Regional VCA club. Lots of events and a great group of Viperholoics.
The San Diego area has its own local group. We comunicate at [email protected]. You will need to sign up with yahoo to access the site.

I agree. Jack Powell give special service to club members, and is very Viper friendly. They always have a couple Vipers in their shop. Do maintenance, and performance upgrades too.

For independant services we use West Coast Vipers in Temecula. They are very race oriented, or Victory Vipers in San Juan Capistrano. Just up the road in Orange County.

The local guys often meet up at the Carlsbad Exotic car show. Right next to the Flower Fields. Next scheduled cruise is Jan 28 between 7-9am.
Lots of sports cars show up. We drink starbucks and wander around the cool cars. Then up or down the coast the exersize our snakes.

SEO and Paul,

Victory Vipers is out of business. Put their stuff in storage and emptied the building a couple of weeks ago.

West Coast will work with you, but are a bit of a drive compared to Jack Powell, though they are likely less costly.

The San Diego group is very active and a fun group. You should check this out. Dave Cawthorne would be your primary contact.

Took my srt10 to jack powell and they put it through their car wash and it came out with "swirls' in the paint. Then they lied about it. I would never go back to those retards.
