New Viper Owner

Hi Everyone,

I am new to the Viper world and here are pics of my new 2006 Black Coupe. My other car is a 2004 Cobra so now I have 2 snakes in my life :laugh:

. Can someone tell me how I find the build number or production number of my car? I am just curious how many coupes are being made for 2006 and which one I have.

very nice welcome to the wonderful world of torque. as far as build number/sequence for the most part vipers have not been built sequentially by vin. it has been the exception where this has been true, also with regard to number built the '06 production will continue for a while, probably into the '07 calender year before shut down and model change over. so total number produced for '06 will not be known for a while. you may like to know that the
SRT- 10Coupe as you have it will be a one year only production.

The closest you'll get to finding out which number your Viper is for this model year is by comparing the MDH numbers on all 06 Vipers. The MDH (Month, Day, Hour) is on your VIN sticker on the drivers door.
