If you get direct replacements that weigh exactly the same as the stockers you do not have to rebalance.

There are a lot of good reasons to have the entire rotating assembly balanced. At least have the piston set done.
Balancing is cheep, do it.

I would say balance it.

The last thing you want is after you get everything put back together then find out you have a vibration issue.
