Just curious if anyone has done anything cool to their trunks? I have seen alot of GTS's with nice stereo set ups and things like that. I know you cant put a sub back there but what about nicely mounting amps? I've noticed alot of RT/10 owners trunks are bare. All i have is a dual nitrous bottle bracket with two 10 lb bottles, no spare tire. It just looks to bare. I'm wanting to do something cool to my trunk and customize it. Maybe cut a board and carpet it to frame in my bottles and display my two amps one on each side of my bottles under some sort of nice plexi glass and a viper logo? Maybe add a multi disk changer also? Since my alpine amps glow blue maybe add a blue light in there imderneath the glass or something? I've seen this done on a GTS but our trunks are WAY different.
Any ideas guy, feel free to share what you've done?

Keep it simple, just add more Nitrous bottles. Leave that custom bling stuff to the ricers.

i got it Jim! do you ever go camping with your viper? OK, picture this .....

you are camping, had a good nights sleep, and the sun is rising. everyone is getting starting to get up, but they are feeling a bit groggy. you walk over to your car, pop the trunk, and VIOLA! :2tu:

One of the local owners has completely riced his trunk out - dual LCD TV's (why? I have no idea), custom painted/polished fiberglass covers, subwoofers, neon, amps, etc. Its definitely interesting, but its not for me, nor (I suspect), for most of this group.

Personally, I've just added a trunk mat that covers the spare tire and, believe it or not, makes the trunk almost look finished, although the mat is a bit lumpy.

Inserted soft-top, car cover and polishing supplies along with a jack,a spare and an amp I'd say she's complete!
Still look to plain any ugly to me. Plus i don't have a soft top because it I think they look horrible on my car thats why i went with the three piece.
I need something that will stand out. I'm going to make something and i'll keep you all informed!

Knight Viper ~ Thanks alot i really appreciate it. I actually just finished doing a color guard ceremony here in Wellington New Zealand to celebrate Independance Day, we were live on the news and everything, the ambassador for the United states was here and made a speech and so was the Prime minister of new Zealand.

Your trunk looks good i like the sneaky pete emblem!
