Now I just need to find my SRT-10 and friend. Looking for a GTS ...........maybe next year.

The installers were superb in every aspect. They were professional from the point of signing the contract to the final install and the follow-up courtesy call. These guys did everything .....slant walls, flooring, cabinets and the lift.

Thanks GARAGE LIVING for a job well done. :nana: :nana: :2tu: :2tu:

Here are just a few pictures. The garage is a lot bigger then it looks and the pictures really don't do the install any justice. Now I just need to paint the trims black and the ceiling silver (???? ) raise the garage door tracks to the ceiling and its done.

Very Very Sweet!! I love all the diamond cabinets.

Gets me thinking I definitely need more cabinets.

How tall are your ceilings, as they look extremely high, but can't tell if it is camera angle or if they are just Everest in height?

Fantastic job, I would imagine you could drain the Country dry of Molson with all your buddies coming over to check it out,ha.

I have to get back to work, as I am having a severe case of garage envy right now.

what made you decide to go with that style lift rather than one you can easily change tires and work on suspension on? Looks great though!

Thanks for the nice comments. I am really happy with the way it turned out and when I have the garage opened, a lot of people just stop and ask questions about it and of course the car!!!

The installer is Garage Living and they do a lot of garages in the Toronto area. Great for consultations as well or just to get an opinion on the garage layout.

The lift is manufactured in Texas by Direct Lift. The lift I purchased is a Pro-Park 7. Here's the website..................
http://www.directlift.com

My garage was not level so I decided to have the lift bolted to the concrete after talking to the manufacturer. Garage living will be taking care of that as well. Really a nice bunch of guys to deal with. Also the lift comes with a hydrualic attachment to raise the vehicle while on the lift for tire removeal if need be. Cost is about $ 500.00 CDN and thats planned for the future.

For those who asked about the dimensions.....the garage is 12 feet high and 25 feet wide. There are 30 cabinets in total. Again the pictures really don't do it any justice. I'm planning on installing a permanent rolling ladder ( the kinds you find in a library ) to get to the high cabinets.

Does anyone know where I can find that type of ladder.?????

Anyway.......thanks again for the nice comments. Now my search begins for a GTS. :nana: :nana: :2tu: :2tu: :nana:

I am guestimating that job at 25000 to 35000 us$ which is a hefty downpayment on a GTS!

Sorry, but not even close........... the project cost was extremely well priced and well below your estimation of 25k USD.
