After an extensive (define extensive) search I still don't have an idea on how to remove the lenses on my fog lights (it's dirty in there). In my shop book it says to use a "plastic trim remover", but I don't have one of those in my myriad of useless tools.

Help. Thanks. :)

Then you should get one. It's very useful for just the stuff like this that requires delicate prying.

I've got the opposite problem. I can't seem to keep the fog lenses in the facia. I just lost my second fog light cover in a month. At sixty bucks a pop, it's getting to be a drag... :( The plastic tabs on the lense cover don't seem to be long enough to seat fully in the slots. Anyone have any suggestions? :curse:

Got the plastic trim removal tool in the mail yesterday and it works great. Good idea to set the car outside in the sun, that helps too. Sorry to say that one of the tabs on the driver's side had a crack in it and when I went to put it back on the tab broke off. Two tabs seem to hold it ok but i am going to order a new cover from the "Wizard".

By the way the tool was about $7. It looks like a plastic popsicle stick with a small rounded tip at one end.
