I'd wait on the 2008. Same basic trans as in the Mustang Shelby GT 500.
I Have a friend that owns a transmission shop he does viper transmission but mainly corvettes he will make it better and stronger. rpm transmissions everybody knows him on the corvette boards... His name is Rodney.. let me know if u need a number
