Daves Big Brakes sells them or he has a duplicate of them that are perfect. I had one installed in my GTS a few years back. Great product.

Hey Anton
Check out the roll bar from BTR. (VCA vendor) I am probably going to put one in my car. The upright bars are vertical behind the headrest. They don't "cross" in your rear view mirror. I also like the detachable drivers door bar.
I would post the link but the "marketplace" section on the forum has been cut back to 3-4 vendors?????

The Autoform bar, btw, doesn't cross in the rear view mirror. It is well designed and has a v-shaped 'window' to see in the rear view. I never even notice it in my rear view, even with a video camera mounted at the bottom of the V, so the obstruction of driver rear is not bad at all. Just my 2c

I would love to have the BTR setup, but...He won't start to make them again until he gets 10 orders for them. I tried to get it going but the thread just died. I'm still in need of one so if we can get enough people maybe it will work this time.

There is a guy in the MD/DE area named Rhodes Performance I believe. He is super well known in the mustang world for building NHRA cages. He is one of the best in the business when it comes to making PERFECT fitting STOCK looking cages. I would print out a few of the designs off vendors sights here and see what he quotes you. Obviously unless he has done vipers before, which it would surprise me if he hadn't, he would need the car to fit it.

Thanks Madduc. I didn't know he needed 10... It would be hard to get a group order of 10 for anything for our cars, especially a roll bar. Why not build them and store.... You and I are two lost sales to BTR... Guess I will go elsewhere.

Well after the holidays are over I'll call BTR and talk to him for sure. I've been kicked off of both the tracks near me for no cage for my et's.

I think I might have to build a cage. How about Chrome Molly. Well with the writer's strike I just might have to start doing what I should have years ago. I should have something in two weeks.

I never understood the Autoform web site. The stuff that everyone wants is never listed. Their Gen2 front facia is one of their best products. Do they sell it? God knows...Roll bar? God knows....

Want to have your mind blown...just go to "Gallery".....say what!

If you use the Autoform roll bar, I have a set of side bars and the floor mounts that go with them I would sell. I understand they no longer made them. If you are interested please PM me.

Here's another RollBar:omg: 96-02 Vipers
DOM .125 x 1/3/4" Powder coated, 4 week delivery time to build, custom fitted to my car 2002 GTS. Down bars right behind your head for max protection. Picture is with seat all the way back.
American Racing Tech has installed 2 of my bars.

If your running under 11.99's you'll need a custom built bar, as you'll need a doorbar & xcross bar that's shoulder high, and goes across the car to the passanger side. I believe this is a NHRA rule.
