Never got a return email
I have had that experience with him too. He never replies.
But contrary to my normal approach to life, I **** it up and either try again or call him.
Persistence pays.

Have you gotten the part number yet? If they cant get it, it does not exist and was there just in your imagination

FACT: I see 85+ emails back and forth between you and I in the past couple years, and a quick scan shows the vast, vast majority answered the very same day. I did not bother checking hours or minutes. So Im calling "BS"

For the sake of Parts Rack's business, I will clarify what I said above, that he has on occasion failed to return my email. It is well the exception than the rule, but has happened.
I do not regret mentioning it, but do regret that it was misunderstood.
Jon is an asset to the Viper community, and I do apologize to Jon for the sake of his business.

Well, I'll not be an English major just because I can type on this forum. Matter of fact, I hated English, most likely because my mother is an English major.
I will continue to say what I do, to the best of my apparent stupid ass redneck ability, and spend my tens of thousands on Viper parts where they are welcome. This place can't stop me.
Oh. I just noticed. You need to take some English too. I added your missing word in red. Really changes what you wrote. You should be more careful when judging others, to be perfect yourself.

That is what I did Dave, I took my business elsewhere. I realize that Jon is a big asset to the community but sometimes times in life you have to follow a different path. Since then, I have spent over 8K on my car with the help of other vendors which there are plenty of.

Yup, all he has to do to realize that I'm not joking about spending money on my car is review some recent quotes he did for me on a full set of Forgelines, SRT calipers for all four corners, with Stop Tech rotors to finish it. Oh yeah, and might as well throw in the PS2's.
Since the welcome mat has been pulled up, I guess I'll have to start the quoting process all over.
Man it's expensive modding a Viper!
