After owning a few vettes throughout my life, first one at age 21 and now at the age of 52. My last one a 2008 Z06. I was ready for something different.

Along with just wanting something different for a change I wanted more exclusivity and a more raw driving experience as this is not my DD.

Congrats to me :cheers: I bought my first Viper yesterday. It's a new '08 fresh out of the showroom.

Congrats on your first Viper. I also came from a Corvette and as great as they are, you will LOVE the Viper. There is nothing like it. Enjoy!!

Welcome to the VCA. That's a beautiful Viper you've got. My wife has a 08 Vette---I'll take my Viper
over her Vette anyday. Send your VIN to one of our Moderators and they will upgrade you to Viper
owner right away. You will then be upgraded to Viper member once the VCA receives the paperwork
from your dealer. Congratulations and enjoy!

Congratulations and welcome to the club! :2tu: It won't take long to learn first hand (if you haven't already) that Vipers attract WAY more attention than Vettes...no disrespect to Vettes, but the truth is the truth.

So when are you having your supercharger or TT installed? ;)

Beautiful Viper.....I also came from the Corvette family. Since 1971 I have owned 24 Corvettes. Mostly 1967 & older. My last was a 1998 Pace Car. I drove a new 1997 GTS shortly after I bought the Vette and was snake bit. I bought a 97 GTS in 1998 and am now on my 5th Viper. I had been in many Corvette clubs and every one had groups of snooby people who had their little clicks in each club. I have NEVER met a snooby Viper owner.
You will see what I mean. Welcome to the VCA and be safe...

Great looking car. After first impressions and only seeing that color in pics I was not impressed. I have seen a couple in person and that color realy pops.

No computer aided assistance here,just RAW power &
the true capabilities of the driver. Be careful as you get to know and understand the vipers driving characteristics. It's been known to bite back.:D

Beautiful car and very sharp color. I am waiting for arrival of Viper Blue vert, and it could arrive next week. Purchased this color having never seen it in person and the wife is apprehensive we may not like the blue as much as our '96 gts coupe. After these pics I am confident I will love this color and I think she will too. Thanks! Eagles

Beautiful car! :2tu:

Vettes can be nice cars, I had one in between Vipers, but once you have had a Viper, nothing else compares.
