I will need a battery soon since it has been getting weaker and weaker from sitting without use. Do they make one specific for the Viper? Which do I look for?
Still have the original battery in my 2003 viper and it has never let me down. It gets down below zero here in CT, and it starts up fine. What you need to do is wire in a battery tender. I installed mine on the shelf in front of the brake master cylinder and wired it to the hot post on the circuit breaker box. I bought it from NAPA. Part Number is 85300A. Here is the link:
