We had an excellent driving & handling event last weekend here in Germany. The Viperclub Germany e.V invited Viper owners to learn more about driving their Viper. Instructors from AMG (Mercedes) did a good job showing us what is possible, where is the limit and what to do if you are beyond.

13 Viper drivers had lot's of fun! :2tu:

Hi Joe
I had a great time even though I broke a rear brake line. That was interesting. This was the best place to blow a brake line. The German autobahn is an unforgiving living entity. I also learned a lot about what I do not know concerning driving Vipers.
The best part was being with all of you again. Except for the 'Kellner' who wasn't much of a bar keeper.
Hi Markus.

I'll be in Austria for the next weekend.

The following weekend (Thursday till Sunday) we have a club meeting in MONTAFON, Austria! 1 hour Southeast of Lake Constance in the mountains.

PM, if you want more info and meet some local Viper guys.

Andrew: what is the reason for the broken line?

BTW, the yellow VCA edition with the aftermarket rims and new Pirelli P Zeros, lowered, had some serious problems
during hard braking at 100 mph and avoiding an "obstacle". His rear end came around although the other Vipers in the group had NO problems with this. Something (lowered...) makes the rear so light that during hard braking and steering a little bit, the car IS unstable ... not good!

A heads-up to all the guys who lower the car and do not check whether the setup works in the real world!
