Hey folks, I am looking for a car hauler, but one that has some specs...

- can't be a goose neck
- needs to have sides that open...to show the car
- 9-10 foot ceilings
- climate control (when closed)
- budget is 25k
anything else I should think about?

Thanks all!!!

Ryan,

Have you checked out racingjunk.com? I was looking at it last week and I think I saw something close to what you were looking for. Lots of NASCAR teams selling off their promotional trailers.

Just an idea for you just in case you haven't looked their yet.

New business venture or just to tow to the play house?

After reading about these, I'd like to get one just because I don't have enough garage space for all the cars I have now. One of those would be a heck of a lot cheaper than building a bigger garage, and it would have the benefit of being mobile in case another fire rages through here. Got me thinking now... Not sure any of my vehicles could tow a beast like that, though - at least not a long way.

If you plan on keeping that trailer for a long time then get what you want. However, my suggestion would be to get a stacker trailer that will do what you want because it will be easier to resale in the future. 25k with ac and generator might be tough to get a new stacker for but maybe a used one. Also, you have to have something like a f450, kodiak, or similiar to pull it.
