Hey guys. I have had some bad luck with the toe box in the car. BTW, what a terrible design. I wish I could somehow retro a GEN III pedal box in my car. Anyway, the clutch pedal went almost dead to the floor while driving. Basically 75% of the travel is dead...and the clutch engages at about the last 25% of travel. When I crawled underneath the dash..the whole actuator fell apart. Here's what I have:

First pic shows the actuator
Second pic shows the washer that came off
Third shows the whoel thing spread apart.

***??? How do I fix this mess?

Thanks!!

Chuck...thank god man. I was waiting for you! Do you think that's the problem? Would that cause a soft pedal? Do I actually have to take that pin off the end of the rod and disconnect everything? I literally had to hire a circus midget to crawl under the dash to reach. When and what time shall I call you?

You might want to consider getting new pedal bushings and shaft from Chuck as well. The Clutch Master cylinders often fail when the pedal is out of alignment.

FYI
