It was a heater gate door actuator,i dont even want to say what it cost. Dashboard had to come out. This sucked big time. Still dont have car back, it better be perfect for what they charged.I will go over it pretty thourough thats for sure. They guaranteed this viper tech has done many, we'll see.

Hopefully you took pictures of your viper inside and out along with odometer before leaving it. Good luck.
Wouldn't be necessary if you left it at a reputed tech [possibly those mentioned above]. If not, definitely a good idea. I heard folks leave a post it on the odo to indicate you made a note of it.
Where did you get the work done?
Roesch Dodge in elmhurst. If they dont have car done by Tuesday im going to get it anyway. There waiting on a actuator and gate door, from Detroit. Tomorrow is the dead line for me. I've been more then patient.
