I live about ten minutes from those guys and have spoken to them a few times and know the director of sales. They are a reputable company. The price is good, not out of line and it is for the Novi 2000. Installing it is another matter.

I've had 2 superchargers on my last two vipers and I can honestly say that the paxton is worth its weight in gold. I've had no issues in the 2 years that I have had the paxton.....Go for it!!!

That is a screaming deal. The instal is also a deal.

Not sure why they'd go to a Challenger Forum to sell Viper supercharger???

Carl - The link to the site is located in the original post.

It looked like a great deal to me since most every other price I saw was close to $8500 just for the kit.

I have talked to Tim on the phone before and he's a very nice guy. He's not TOO far from me and I have thought about going to pay a visit to his shop and check it out. I have been thinking about saving for the ROE TT set-up, but these are great prices. Might have to reconsider and go with the Paxton.

I tried to buy a paxton from them today and the deal is over. :( So unless he calls me back in the next few days and says the deal is back on I am going to the Greg Good heads, cam, headders.

I just recently "facebooked" these guys about this same thread. I am hoping to Snag up one of these deals now! I was just doing a little back ground check on these forums to read up and like what I am finding thus far!!

Thanks guys!!

Also if Anyone else is interested I can keep this thread posted, and maybe a few of us can go in on a group buy? No? YES? maybe?

what other work is required to install a Supercharger on a 97 n/a motor? I know back in my mustang days, a complete teardown of the motor/heads/new pistons, etc was required. Is this the same story for the Viper, or are they built to be able to handle the extra power without the added hassle?

is that before installation of the supercharger to see if the leakdown test passes and the motor is in good enough shape to handle a s/c. Or is that after the s/c install, and if so what is the point of a leakdown test after the install?
