Do a quick search. I had a fantastic (sarcasm implied) experience with them in 2008. :curse: :blackeye: :aargh:

Allegedly they have changed a number of things and have rebounded.

From my recent experiences with them (past 2-3 years), I have had no problems with them. As Sweetride said, they have rebounded and customer experiences are much improved vs. a long time ago. They treat the GA-VCA very well (big discounts on parts/service and sponsor our Christmas dinner each year). I would have no issues dealing with them in any department--sales, service and/or parts.

I've had dealings previously with Jared O'Brien at Palmer Dodge, and he has been nothing but helpful at all times.

I have had some very positive experiences with Palmer as of late. In fact, I recently bought my new daily driver from Jared. He made it remarkably easy to buy and I would concur that they have turned over a new leaf. And it is a good one! :headbang:

I am picking up my 92 Viper #209 on Saturday 7/10 from them. Have been dealing with Roberto. 209 had been sitting in back of garage last 15 years. Had a complete redo. Head gaskets, belts, hoses, tires, rotors. So far all is well. Will post Sunday my thoughts about them.

When you are on your way home, you'll prob come through Macon to get on 16 to head back towards Savannah. I'd love to meet up and see the car. I've only seen one 92' that I can recall. I'll PM you my cell #. Have a safe trip home!
