I installed the Zeitronix datalogger system in my car last week. Have not had much time to play with it but did make one 3rd gear pull to log. I hear that it is best to have the AFR in between 11.5-12.0. Now is this when you are at full throttle/boost? This is what my logger system showed at the highest TPS/RPM/Boost.

AFR: 10.8
RPM: 5908
Boost: 6psi
TPS: 82

Now I have my boost sensor tapped into where my Split second box taps. Which is where the stock MAP sensor is. It is showing 6psi but when I went to the dyno before I installed all of this they said I was at 9psi. Should I have this sensor tapped somewhere else? :dunno:

AFR is rich, yes that is at WOT.
5900 rpms might be a "tad" high for logging. But you're ok at those AFR's.
Don't know about those other things.
is TPS 82%?? (throttle position)?

The first thing you need to tell us is what sort of hardware you are using to measure your air/fuel. Are we talking wide band 02 sensor mounted near the motor? Are we talking factory o2 sensor with some wires spliced into it? Or are we talking a tail pipe sniffer?

What are you using to read boost?

For your boost reading use the port on the passenger side back side of intake near the hood cowl. Put a T in there and it should provide a good source.

Assuming you are on pump gas your air/fuel should be mid to hi 11's under boost.

Sounds like your TPS or throttle bodies/pedal cable needs adjusting. I want to say according to the FSM that the TPS should be putting out a 3.5V signal at WOT....I'll verify when I get home. Grab a multimeter and check that before you do anything else. If you have the car tuned and the throttle isn't fully opening then a lean condition might show itself after you adjust it out. That also might explain why it's so rich right now.

3.94-3.96 @ WOT, roughly. remove your floormat and/or resync your cable if you aren't getting that.

The most I could squeeze out of mine was 3.78 mounted....that was with the floormat removal mod. I'm half-tempted to widen the plastic mounting tabs to see if I can get more adjustment out of it. I was able to get 3.96 when I removed the TPS and twisted the inside with a flathead.
