Most of us go through our daily live's accepting how the World has changed,but today just a little bit of days gone by came to me. I just talked over the phone to someone who made my day. His name is Chuck Tator and his trust in human nature was refreshing. I just ordered a small part from him but he treated me as if i was an important customer . Heck,he don't even know who i am yet he told me to just send a check (AFTER) he sent the part. To some it may not seem like much,but to me it was a big thing. Thanks Chuck and God Bless you . You are indeed a rare human being,and if only more of us could be like you,the world would be a better place to live.

hes a rare bird alright... seriously, in a good way !

he does that for expensive parts too. great guy to call on when we are jammed up

even ships to the UK unpaid...... Come to think of it i may even still owe him OOOOOOOPPPPPS!!!!!

As a future owner, I hope to get a chance to meet him and others on this site. I have meet Bill P. at Woodhouse and he was awesome. This site is more than a bunch of Viper lovers and it shows.

Chuck's my first and last call when it has to do with Vipers. He's SO legit that if he recommends anything through another vendor, he's there to help if there's a problem. That's customer service and assistance for products that are not even his!

I had the same thing happen to me this week with Chuck. Previously I ordered Tom's 40mm brake upgrade and had the same experience. It's refreshing to know there are still people like this in the world.

Reflecting back, I think everyone I have ordered from that was located on this website including Jon B at Partsrack have treated me the same way.
