2002 GTS Final Edition badging question

What color should the fender badges be on a 2002 Viper GTS Final Edition? Mine are body color (Red) but I recently saw one with Silver badges. I bought my car from the original owner and the only change he made to the car was exhaust...and my research hasnt come up with a definitive answer as to which is factory correct. Any help?

Im sure someone can come with a definite answer, but I am pretty sure it is body color from the factory. The silver ones are aftermarket... I added the silver ones on my 2001. Mine were Sapphire Blue.

They are red.

Only the Sapphire GTSs came with chrome emblems. All the rest were bodycolored.

As mentioned red were standard issue on the 02 FE. If I recall Chrome were standard issue on Graphite, Steel Grey and Sapphire Gen-2 cars. :usa:

It's interesting. An earlier thread on the Sapphire cars seemed to show that about half the Sapphire cars had colored rear bumper emblems. Glad mine has all Chrome logos.

I ordered chrome "Supercharged" emblems for my Sapphire GTS from RGW Distributing nearly 2 months ago. I asked them where my emblems are last weekend and yesterday thye replied that UPS returned them three times and they recently shipped them to me by USPS this 4th time.
