HID fog lights

Are HID fog lights really worth it for a car with HID low beams?

I am currently in between some Hella or PIAA fog light bulbs; or 4300k HIDs to go with HID low beams.

For those with HID fog lights, can you post pictures to where you mounted the ballasts.

I changed out my low beams with 6000k bulbs and installed 6000k HID kits in my high beams and fogs. Looks much better with 6000k fogs and low beams:2tu: and when on high WOW talk about bright:headbang:
Sorry didnt take pics but can testify you better quick tie the ballast to something or they willd dissappear. Ask me how I know:rolaugh:

I replaced my fogs with HIDs and def. better. They are 55W, I think 6000 or 8000. I mounted the ballasts just below the headlights.

I ended up going with some Hella bulbs for the fogs. HID low beams should be enough for distance.
