My brother and I had the track cars wrapped recently (Avery Dennison film with overlam) and took 'em out to Watkins Glen to get some rock chips and OPR applied:)

I think it turned out well, the two cars are somewhat mirror images color-wise and we were fortunate enough to run together for a while.

Some pics:

Do you know the Positron Race Team (Swears) brothers? They run a couple of Gen I's in the MidWest region. You guys should have a race day sometime.

That's be a good time. We're mostly in the NE (WG, Pocono, NJMP) and SE (Road Arlanta, Barber, CMP, Roebling etc) though may make it to mid-ohio sometime next year.:usa:

That's pretty impressive that you recognized that as Manny's car. How in the world did you do that? If you could see the wooden front splitter I could understand it but you really can't from those pics.

Was very familiar with Manny's car as we raced quite a bit with each other over the years. There are probably parts on that car that are from my stash of spares! The front fascia and roll bar across the dash looked very familiar. Here's a few pics of his car from a previous life.

We were at the Glen for the NASA/PDA event in early October. Weather was very decent for so late in the season. Do you run there?

No, it is a standard mustang with a ton of aero, racing parts. Agent 47 Ford Mustang Racing parts. A quick car, but I think we got around him pretty quick in that race. I think this was from a NASA race a few years back.

I can't wait to get into road racing in a few years. I just want to finish up doing drag racing stuff first. Looks fun.

They're both fun, it just lasts a little longer on a road course:)
