Dome light does not work when the driver's door is opened.

Wiring harness in the driver's side door jamb. I'm 99.9% sure that is the issue.

Check the switch in the door as well. 90% of all electrical problems are mechanical.

Same issue here on my 02 GTS last month, turned out to be the orange wire that runs through the forward door jam rubber boot, good luck. Jeff
