-1979 Dodge Diplomat with the indestructible slant 6 (Dad's car that he allowed me to drive) headliner fabric came unglued and used to sit in my hair.....that car got me stopped 22 times by the police in my first two years of driving (no tickets))
-1986 Chevy Cavalier (only had power brakes, no p/s, p/w, no radio, no DC accessory stripped down car)
-1989 Mercury Cougar XR7 (supercharged with auto (so wife could drive it))
-1992 Buick Regal Custom (drove for 6 months after someone hit my Cougar XR7)
-1994 Thunderbird SC (supercharged with auto (so wife could drive it))
-2001 Chrysler 300M (former daily driver)
-2002 Dodge Viper ACR (current VCA car and never for sale)
-2003 Mercedes SL500 Sport (current convertible)
-2006 BMW 750Li (current daily driver, last car payment next month!!)

Dodge Diplomat is a great car name, sounds so serious, I was watching top gear yesterday and they were testing old cars from the Soviet Union sounds like the Dodge Diplomat would have been a contender

Er, one of those Fords I listed was a Pinto. Got T-boned by a 72 Monte Carlo that ran a stop sign, my back was severly compressed, car totalled, but thank goodness I wasn't hit in the back by the gas tank or I mighta been a crispy critter.

Today a set of tires for the Viper cost more than twice as much as that Pinto. But when you're 16, that's all I could afford with a part-time job.
