Try and call some of the paxton installer for smaller pulleys. Is your pulley the stock size now?

I believe Doug Levin has some pulleys for sale.

Be very cautious about increasing boost on a stock engine build without addressing all the additional requirements that go along with it.

Vipers perform fantastic with the stock Paxton setup, but going beyond that can result in significant engine and driveline issues.

Fuel volume and pressure needs go up, additional intercooling is good, internal temperatures go way up, and pistons and rods need to be more robust.

like paul said, if you are going to up the boost, make sure you have a fuel system, to support it and a good tuner to tune it.

954-434-9356 ask for doug. pretty sure he as pulleys

To up the boost on a gen 2 Paxton kit you need the bare minimal following mods.

1) Pulley
2) injectors
3) Harmonic dampener
4) Key way installed on Harmonic damp.
5) Split second box tuned(Paxton computer)
6) OEM computer tuned
7) New belt
8) New air filter setup, the OEM Paxton one is way to restrictive for the normal boost with upped boost might as well be a restriction plate.

Ideally you need a whole new fuel system, while the Paxton setup will work the fuel pressure needs to be at roughly 120psi to deliver enough fuel through the -4 factory fuel line, it also makes it very tricky to tune with no return.

I wanted to go a smaller pulley on my gen 3 w/ stock internals and was advised not to do it. Talk to the experts before doing it.
