I realy would like to see two or more springrate options....

Also. If double-adjustable goes over your budjet have you looked into any manufactures that can do both rebound/compression with one adjuster?
Like Varishock? (The QuickSet1 series)
http://www.varishock.com/vas_products.html

Or perhaps source someone that could provide 2 or 3 diff shock types: 1-way adjustable, 2-way with one adjustment, 2-way with two adjustments.
All at diff pricepoints? Once the shock dimensions and mounting are designed i would think it would be easy to switch shock bodys to offer diff kits.

Sweet! I need a new coilover system in the worst way. Hope I can hold out long enough for this to come to fruition.

So I have a bead on a company that has a set of coilovers already produced in the spring rates of 564 front, 674 rears. They are dual adjustable, height and damper. There is talks about partial sponsorship from this company and I would basically get a set of new coilovers for a damn good price. I am pretty tempted but I believe their coilovers were designed on an SRT Viper and said to fit on all Gen Vipers. The salesman confirmed they have sets running on newer Vipers and believes none of the older ones run them. I don't believe they will work on my car if that is the case.

For us SRT guys...can you say who this is or PM me the info.

I am working with D2 racing. Don't jump the gun on the SRT stuff yet, lets see how they do with the Gen 2 then we will proceed with the SRT coilovers.

Sorry, I read your post as you had already found somebody making these for the SRT, that could also be used on Gen2 cars.

BC was the company that claimed they had a set that fit SRT and GTS. I have not heard a response from the for 2 weeks now in regards to that and to my knowledge the shocks are NOT interchangeable. I could be wrong though since the forks on the rear are removeable but I am fairly certain it is different. I have chalked them up as a loss due to lack of communication so I have proceeded with D2 racing.

Man I am really interested in the outcome of this, as the OEM shocks often give me pause, along with the price of Penske, KW, and Moton options. Watching with great interest.

Wow, very impatient :). Last update was posted, it will take them a bit to make a set and get them out to me. I will email the company today to see where they stand.

I am loaded with car cash bring me shocks I'm in.

Can't say I'm quite 'loaded with car cash' due to recent/ongoing PCM issues but by the time this venture gets off the ground I could be in too. :2tu:

They actually got back to me already and they are mailing them to their manufacturer now to start work on them. It's not an instant process, does take time, how much time, I am not sure.

Update.

Just received an email and the shocks are in the works. I am told within 2 weeks we will have a better grasp on pricing and production time.

In for an update as well. I am trying to hold out, but patience has never been one of my strong qualities.

Time is something we don't have, it is 2012... and we are at the end of it.
