Chuck you're so Right, but I'd be willing to bet that most guys would think its the other way around. You know, kinda like most believe the HP is more important than the Torque! Now, I'm thru with this! Lol!

Just like the horsepower (length) and torque (girth) curves...there is a mathematical 'sweet spot' (love that corporate term)...... at which I agree with Chuck 98RT/10 and with all deference to Black 2000RT's new length shifter.......it is all about the 'girth' LOL!!!!

Ok, I'm through as well:) Why not throw a technical length.....sorry 'link' in as well! Ya'll have a good weekend!!

LMAO. I'm speechless. People are actually debating whether this is 'real or not' and acknowledging the use of the longer shaft to create extra torque LOL :) You're going to get a letter from Ralph Gilles wanting to patent your design on the Gen VI. Hurry ---protect your intellectual property Mike!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone know of the 99-02 style fits a 97? If not, what's different, threads? I could probably retap it

If I am not mistaken. And I don't believe I am. From what I can see the threads on the isolator (that's the black thing the shift handle screws on to) are the same from 1997-2013. As a matter of fact I just got a Gen 1/2 shift handle and it fits on the 2013 MY.

That video is great. Reading some of the typical keyboard warrior/expert comments, taking it seriously, is even better.

I had to wait to show MY Mike that one, as it's the spittin' (heeheeeeee) image of him(his)! Absolutely hilarious, and loved you driving away like a huge chopper *handle*-bar. :) ;)
