I have an ****** entourage, it uses GPS and cell signals so it works almost everywhere. They don't have the monitoring service available in the USA, but you can check on the status of your car on your cell or computer. If the car moves and it doesn't detect your key fob, or it vibrates, it sends you an alert to your cell via text, and email.
