Ok so I have the new flywheel installed and for some reason the tranny will not go all the way in. It slides in but the last inch it just stops. It feels like it hitting something. Any help would be great!!! Thanks Shawn

get back on the rear of tailshaft with both hands and rock up and down with good force pushing in, another try lastly is(you need to be careful) is instal bolt on each side and gently install bell houseing bolts back and forth, side to side in small increments and it will fall into place

Sounds like clutch disc is not exactly centered and the front of tranny is not going into pilot bushing

That's what it was. Removed bell housing and clutch. This time I made sure the clutch tool moved in and out smoothly and did a test fit with the bell housing removed. Thanks for all your help!!!!!

I had the same issue and I didn't touch my clutch. Just swapped the trans. I struggled trying to get that thing in for a couple hours. I tried everything. Finally took a break cause I was about ready to throw something across the garage. Came back a while later and it popped right in. LOL
