Hello ,

I get check engine light . I have set this code many time every day . I cleared it with my scan tool and now it's back. This problem come after i install the 160 thermostat . My car 2008 and mods are Mopar ECU , Belanger headers , high flow and Corsa exhaust system . The weather very cold right now .

Thanks

Since the code showed up after you changed the thermostat I'd have to agree with Bluesrt, put the original back in and see if the problem goes away. My guess is the PCM thinks there is something wrong because the engine is not coming up to the temp it thinks it should be at after running for a while. PCM could very well assume that the sensor is bad as a result when in reality the engine is too cold. When I changed the thermostat in my 06 I had Dan Cragin reprogram the PCM. He did something to settings for the fan at a minimum not sure what else he did. Not an option for a Gen IV if that is what you have.
