I can't imagine all they have to go through to test each part of the car. Although the pics looks awesome, they make me feel sympathy for these guys/girls busting their tale like this to put out all these cars hoping that a part they were in charge of doesn't go wrong on anyone's car.

What passion.....but what stress also....

There seems to Q/C checks in place everywhere but this is a segregated Q/C area

Below is an alignment check fixture (right window) however there are robots with lasers out on the floor that can detect mis-alignments. My guess is if something is flagged by them it will likely end up here.

Since they aren't making these cars by the tens-of-thousands there are many good ideas utilized to address the absence of just having conveyor belts running the show.

Those orange arms in the air are the laser equiped robots mentioned earlier. We couldn't get any closer. Several million$$ there in high technology capable of checking literally dozens of critical measurments. :D

This is called the "Broadcasting Area". When these rolling chassis are facing this particular direction it signals they are approved and for the panel assembly line

I noticed that where all the cars are parked, One blue launch edition has no Stripes (#28) Wondering whats up with that one or are they building solid blues too. Kind of strange as it is # like the rest of them. And as the stripes are painted on first, maybe this one will be painted later if it is indeed a launch edition.

Good catch!! It also has Hyper Black wheels on it. Perhaps it's an Chrysler Executives car.

WoW! I look so much like my dad in that picture. I really do miss him.

I am happy everyone had a great time visiting my home. I have put the kids to bed for the night. They are excited to see the next group to come through Conner.

Awe man....thanks! Keep them coming! :) Looks like they are painting the taillight surround on the GTS GLOSS black instead of the matte.I see some shine. Yaaaay!

Funny thing about that. I really hated the look of the flat black. And neither did *couch Ralph couch* . So now they're a gloss black.
