What have people been doing to their Vipers over the Winter?

Installed 3:55 gears in the fall before putting 10PISTNZ to bed
Over the following months I aquired parts for installation when it gets a bit warmer
S.S. Braided brake lines
New Michelin PS2
Spark Plug wires
Spark Plugs
Cruise control
Change all fluids
Motor mounts

Would like to hear from others

Nothing major.

-Billet power steering pulley and bracket
-Changed all the fluids
-New rear speakers

Still need new front tires, front and rear sway bar links, and will likely replace the brakes.

I'll pile on as well, nothing major and I'm not in the Ontario club but since another NJ member paved the way...

-cat delete
-B&B exhaust
-HS 1.7 RR's
-SCT tune
-new side sills (took the car back to rear exhaust from a side exhaust conversion)

All work done by Tators....considering an N/A build for next year, but as denniskgb said I'm turning it into a money pit....

Maybe you should, At VOI it was very dirty with all that "rain water" on it

Hey! Don't you start trash talking about the rain! It took MONTHS for the nightmares to stop!! I still have a twitch from the thought of my car actually being in rain. It was protected for 12 YEARS!!! Had never seen rain. Then the skies of hell needed to open up......

My blood pressure is up again...... I must go.......need to find my meds the psychiatrist prescribed! :panic:

And yes Jay, I washed. And washed. And washed. The filth was everywhere. It took about 12 hours to fully clean it again. :grumble:

I knew there was something odd about that car. Now I know. It used to be blue and white and the rain washed the color away and " TATAAA !!!, there you have it. That is why its slow. It was a yellow viper all along. :lmao:

Motor mounts next , wish me luck......lol ! :)

You don't need luck to install the mounts. You just need a big bar so you can get the locating dowel in place without grinding anything ;)

At least the engine is lighter than the cummins with same mounts! ;) Then it requires a lot more than just a bar! LOL

That's why I can no longer ID vehicles behind me at idle anymore. There is about 0% flex in my mounts now. All vehicles are just a vibrating blur! :rolaugh:

I have been told I can rattle kidneys now. :D
