(This has been posted before; but, wanted to see what others say)

Will have to wait and see if they actually produce the ACR next year before deciding. I would probably be interested though if it does look like this.

Can someone change the color to black?

I like it a lot.
I love the front grill, the side smaller grills, the front aero, the wheels, the rear wing, i think id prefer different end plates, but over all I love it.

Ive sad it before and ill say it again...take a look at the GTS-R's running around right now. That is the next gen ACR. From the aero to the wheels to the hood to the paint scheme. It just makes sense.

Wouldn't that make Ralph have to go back on his comment about the Viper being as legally wide as possible even though there are other cars wider?

Anyways, I hope your right. The GTS-R is amazing looking.

Think we'll get active aero? If you think about it, the 2013 Ram has it...

No, no it's not. The GTS-R is wider all around. Has non streetable ground effects and almost certainly non feasible aero ducting through the front hood.

Absolutely no way the ACR is a replica of the GTS-R. Some resemblance obviously, but that is not the car.

Like it but.... it has got to have ....700 HP!

For what?

You may be taking what I said a little to literally. Obviously they are gonna need to scale things back a bit for street but I can almost bet it's gonna be like the GTS-R. Mark Trostle has said in many interviews and even in his presentation at our tech session on saturday that they wanted to the street car and the race car (GTS-R) to look like each other as much as possible. Obviously it will take a little bit of engineering BUT they already know how the GTS-R aero functions on the car so I would imagine it wouldn't be that much more difficult to apply the things they are learning with the race car to the new ACR.

Maybe so, but then how much are we talking about? There is not a huge difference between the GTS-R and Gen V visually to begin with. It will be a lower car, likely with more ground effects, a big wing, splitter and dive planes. I would be it looks more like the renderings, only better. Much better.

The rendering looks like a forza car modded up. Wing is too narrow, sits way too high, etc.

I think they should extend the lines out that are already on the car. extend the front spliter out, and a taller more aggressive spoiler then the one in the mopar aero kit. if theres a way i'd try to get more vacuum from the rear diffuser too.

if it was to go rear wing, id have the wing follow the lines of the roof like the spoiler did, instead of straight edged like in the rendering.
no canards! they look good on the gen4, but I don't think it will on this one.
and a bump in power is always good too.

The wing, diveplane treatment just doest look aggressive or intimidating on the Gen V as it did on the Gen IV. I really hope the G5 ACR isnt like the rendering above. Very boring. I really hope it takes its styling and performance cues from the GTSR. Hope they can get the weight down to around 3200lbs or there abouts.
