May consider trading my '08 Coupe for low mile Final Edition ACR

I currently own an '08 solid red Coupe. 5,500 miles, stocks, excellent condition. Having owned two '02 Final Edition GTS, I appreciate/enjoy the progress with the Gen IV handling and performance. However, seeing and sitting in the new Gen IV recently has really brought back my passion for the Gen II GTS. Upgrading $40-50k to a 2013 is not currently in the works so I've thought about seeing if their are any '02 FE ACR owners out there (or dealers) interested in a potential trade or deal to work out. If no FE ACRs are out there, I may consider a very low mile late '01/02 ACR with stripes. Would only consider a stock, low-low mile (less than 5,000 mile) perfect car with no stories and very limited or "special-story" car.

Nothing wrong with my car - really enjoy it but would be interested what might be out there...?

Thanks,
John

I hear ya. I've been full circle 2 times now. Owned 3 GTS's in a row, then went to a VOI9 GenIII, then to an 01' bumble bee, and a B&W GTS after that. Now, I currently have a 08 Venom Red with Silver stripes (which is without question the best "car" of the bunch.)

However, The GenII personality will never be duplicated. The one I miss the most is the bumble bee. Next time a nice one shows up, I'm on it. Quality examples are getting so hard to find though.

I'm with ya. Wife's trying to get me to sell the 02 acr bee. I've been looking this week to find something to replace it with, but no luck so far. I can't see spending $140k on a new one when my 02 has 2k miles. It's going to be hard to part with a new 02 acr for 50k, lol

"Good luck with that, lol." and "It's going to be hard to part with a new 02 acr for 50k, lol"... I don't understand - do you think $50k is the price yours will bring?

When I tried to purchase one they were 10k more than any other color combo. I think the auto industry games are hilarious. FE Editions, Widetrack, etc. Sorry, no disrespect intended, but your current vip is10 times better than the 02 acr fe. You don't want mine it's not an fe or stock, RSI added one of their packages to it. And yes, when I tried to sell it a few years ago the highest offer I received was 50 or 52k. I still remember one guy who was giving me a hard time about not coming down 5k. I finally agreed that I would take 5k less providing I got 100 miles in it the hard way. I never heard back from him. :rolaugh:
