For all of you guys with slammed vipers...help with jack or ramps

My car is very low plus I'm running a ACR splitter. What are you guys using to get a jack underneath the car? How about getting it up on a lift at any shop? I was thinking about getting a set of car roller dollies and using them to gain a few inches and be able get the jack or a lift arm under there. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I built "steps" out of 1x6s to drive up so I can get the jack under mine, lowered a lot on coil overs.

I've always used 2x4 to drive up on then jacks fit . Also get a low jack . Worked for all my cars viper Is the least lowest I've owned

I am using 2x10 as well. A couple feet long. Never had them flip up yet. But I guess they could if they were narrow and short.

Just bought a set of these.. I was using the "wood" method until the boards kept sliding on my coated floor.. PITA

Race Ramps are a bit overprice IMO , but do not slide and work great!

My car is slammed on Penske's


Driving up on to wood isn't the safest way to do things. I've seen those boards slip, or kick up into the body of vehicles before. I purchased 2 pairs (4 total) of these jack assist ramps to drive up. They are wide, and grip the ground nicely.

I use either 2x10 boards along with a low profile harbor freight jack.

I have access to rotary 2 post and 4 post lifts. If I need to take the wheels off it's 2 post. Drive over wood boards then rack it. Or if I'm lazy I use the low pro jack to jack the rear up so I can get the lift to clear the jack points.

If it's a quick visual I usually back it onto the 4 post to not hit the front end. Seems like it's easier to back onto the 4 post and not damage anything.

Yes Race Ramps are what you want. My race car is very low and the front splitter Is a pain with even short inclines. Race ramps are over priced like someone said above but they do seem to last and get the job done well.
