I'm a big silver fan too. I hope there's going to be a Gen V ACR. So I can track it with my current one..;) ;)

I've seen the billet silver on a number of Chrysler vehicles and it's much different that the silver on my car and other previous Vipers. The billet silver seems to have a little darker base with more blue.

This one was posted before. It looks altered somehow. I was hoping to see some showroom or CAAP shots and some striped cars. It does look good here and that blue is pretty hot looking too.

They were supposed to open the paint colors up to any color offered by both Fiat and Chrysler. Not sure when that is going to take place.

A blanket statement that they ( assuming you mean SRT or Prefix ) were supposed to open up colors to anything offered under the Fiat/Chrysler umbrella is completely false. There have been discussions on where SRT may be able to go in the future , but nothing has been set in stone at present, and options for custom painting with factory support has not been determined .

Either have Prefix do it or any other reputable shop near you. It will probably save you several grand too...
Considering that Prefix has all the templates and they're done frequently, you would think that they could do them cheaper than a local shop:smirk: I'm still surprised by the $4,500 "mini" stripe's cost, and perturbed that Dodge keeps the SRT model from getting a proper stripe. Whose lame idea was that? And, why no blue stripes?? The paint is readily available to them.

I wonder how many more cars they would sell if they just put the full stripes on the SRT for the $3k they used to charge... Which wasn't really cheap either.
