Will I have to get a spacer so that rear wheel remains flush with the body of the car?

No spacers needed if offset, etc is correct. A large portion of Viper rear wheels are 13", including the OEM ones.

Forgestars should bolt right on. 345's will fit fine. The beauty is you can also put 315's on if a tire you want only comes in that size. Just watch the potholes, the forgestars tend to crack easily because, unlike what the name suggests, they are not forged.

The price of F14's are hard to beat and they are a very nice looking wheels. I plan on going 335 tires.

The offset is perfect, they will fit great and the 12 inch wheel actually fits the 345 tire better in my opinion
