I think most would say whatever manual calls for. Basic use, I use Dexcool (orange stuff). Seems I've heard some negative about it, but I've not had any problems.

I would stick with the factory recommendations since it is formulated for the aluminum engine.

I use Peak Global Lifetime which is supposedly one of the best! Plus they sell it at Walgreens
This is what I used. Also available at Napa.
Note on water wetter......works well but isn't friendly to aluminum. It will eventually eat away at the heads.....takes a LONG time but not a good long-term solution. There are other products like it that work well with water but water wetter isn't the best long term solution.
