What insurance are you guys using and what do you pay per year?

I got quoted about $700 a year through Geico and also about 600 per year through Grundy classic car insurance.

Thanks!

Something to consider is the conditions for Classic Car Insurance Policies.

Your vehicle may have to meet certain criteria established by insurance companies that sell classic car insurance. For example, your insurer may require you to submit a value documentation or appraisal before they will sell you a classic auto insurance policy. Standard auto policies typically offer the same advantages of classic car insurance. The main difference is that you are usually limited concerning the number of miles you can drive a classic car every month or year. Depending on the age of your vehicle, the limit may range from 1,500 miles to 7,500. Most classic car insurance policies also place restrictions on how far you can drive your classic car from your home. Certain insurance companies will place other restrictions such as limiting vehicle usage to organized classic car events, car shows or parades. Make sure you review any possible restrictions before you decide which classic car insurance policy to purchase.

Run from Geico!! If you ever have to actually use the insurance, they are going to try to nickel and dime you for repairs plus they will want to find used or overseas parts to save money. Ask the reputable body shops and they will tell you.

Grundy here as well. $650/year with 50K agreed value on 06' coupe. Charleston, SC. I have Geico for my other cars and they are alright, but dropped this viper after a couple weeks of having it on the policy. They "did a policy review" and determined that they couldn't insure my viper. I don't know why, just that I had a bout a month to find a new carrier. Good luck.

Run from Geico as fast as you can, they will find anything to get out of paying a claim. They searched internet to find any pics or video and if you where burning rubber or they find out you track sometimes even if its not your street car you will be out in the cold. True story.

$1560/yr through nationwide, no restrictions on an '06 coupe. I thought it would of been a lot worse (I'm 26).

I'm 26 as well and I'm only paying $720 through StateFarm...

What are your coverages? Either way thats super cheap, I'm at 300/300/100. I could of gone with grundy at an agreed policy for 60k, no deductible, and around $650/yr, but all of their stipulations didnt sit well with me. Everything with them is so gray area. I can go for leisure drives but i cant drive the car to pick up a cup of joe? How would they prove either which way in the event of an accident. They said i couldn't drive the car to work (i like to on Fridays), if i used it for errands it wouldnt be covered, etc. All is partly understandable, however i do not want to gamble 50k if in the off chance i decide i want to go grab a few things from the grocery store and the car gets totaled coming out of the parking lot.

Same coverage as you with $1k deductible and unlimited miles. However, I also have a Jeep Wrangler, Kia Rio, and Ninja 650 on my policy as well so I get some pretty decent discounts.
